Vendor Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Venture Studio Arts!

Thank you for choosing to sell your products on Venture Studio Arts’ online marketplace. These Vendor Terms and Conditions govern your participation on our platform. By registering as a vendor, you agree to adhere to these terms, as well as our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Vendor Registration and Approval

  • All vendors must complete the registration process and receive approval from Venture Studio Arts administrators before listing products.
  • Vendors are required to provide accurate and truthful information about their business, products, and identity.

2. Product Listings and Vendor Responsibilities

  • Vendors must ensure that product listings are accurate, including descriptions, pricing, and images.
  • All products listed must comply with applicable laws and regulations.
    • Prohibited items will be removed from the platform, and repeated violations may result in account termination.
  • Vendors are responsible for:
    • Maintaining their inventory.
    • Ensuring that all listed products are available for sale.
    • Handling order fulfillment and shipping.
      • Vendors are responsible for packaging and shipping products to customers in a timely manner.
      • Vendors must ensure shipments comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and Venture Studio Arts’ policies.

3. Pricing and Commissions

  • Vendors set their own product prices and must ensure compliance with applicable tax laws.
  • Venture Studio Arts will collect a commission on all sales:
    • 6% for items priced under $35.
    • 4% for items priced over $34.99.
    • 2% for items priced over $79.99.
  • Venture Studio Arts reserves the right to modify commission rates. Vendors will be notified via the email provided during registration prior to any changes.

4. Payments and Reporting

  • Payments for sales, net of commissions, will be handled through a third-party payment processor based on the schedule outlined in the vendor dashboard.
  • Vendors will have access to detailed sales reports via the vendor dashboard. Reports will include information on:
    • Sales volume.
    • Commission deductions.
    • Payment history.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

  • Vendors retain all rights to their intellectual property.
  • By listing products, vendors grant Venture Studio Arts a non-exclusive license to:
    • Use, display, and promote their products on the platform.
  • Vendors must ensure they have the legal right to sell their products and that doing so does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights.

6. Vendor Conduct and Customer Service

  • Vendors are expected to maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all customer interactions.
  • Vendors are responsible for addressing customer:
    • Inquiries.
    • Complaints.
    • Returns, in accordance with Venture Studio Arts’ return policy.

7. Termination

  • Venture Studio Arts reserves the right to terminate a vendor’s account for:
    • Any breach of these terms.
    • Illegal activities.
    • Conduct that harms the platform’s reputation or brand.

8. Amendments

  • Venture Studio Arts reserves the right to update these Vendor Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Changes will be communicated to vendors via the email provided during registration.

9. Dispute Resolution

  • All disputes related to these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the state or country where Venture Studio Arts is headquartered.
